Dear Friend,

Time after time, on  January 2nd,  gyms are crawling with people who have overindulged during the holidays.

Sad part is, after just a few days of enthusiasm, most all of them stop pursuing their new years weight loss and fitness resolutions altogether.

You may have experienced this yourself.

So why is it so hard to keep these resolutions, and how can you be sure you don't fail?

If you're ready to lose the excess holiday weight and get slim, fit and trim - once and for all - keep reading, this may be the most important letter you've ever read...

The Secret To Losing Holiday Pounds
And Staying Slim, Trim and Fit  - Forever!

It is said the average person, can put on 5 -10 pounds of weight between Thanksgiving and New Years.

It's no wonder with all the parties, sweets, drinking, and big meals this happens.

It is not surprising that an overwhelming percent of total gym memberships for the year are sold in the month of January.

By as little as one or two weeks the number of people going to the gym in January drop off exponentially and statistics say that with regard to health and fitness resolutions, 80% never reach or even come close to their goals.

In fact, the only goal they met was the goal of joining a gym.

Painfully, people pour money into gym memberships and personal training sessions that they will never use.

Lets face it, if you hate exercising then buying a gym membership in hopes that the gym will solve your fitness or weight problems is nuts, and I am sorry if this describes you!

So let me ask you this...did you make a health or fitness New Year Resolution last year and found you're no different now than you were a year ago?

If so, here are some important steps you might have missed:

  • Create A Powerful Reason Why
If you have a strong emotional reason for wanting your body to change, your chances of succeeding are far greater than if you casually set your goal.

If your goal sounded something like this, "I want to lose weight, tone up and eat healthier" you did not set a well formed outcome. It was not clear or specific. There was no target with regard to how many pounds, inches, body fat percent, or time it would take you to get there. Consequently, you probably did not implement a specific plan of what to do and more importantly, you had no compelling reason for making the change.

What would you like to change about your body that is literally keeping you up at night?
  • Forget "Willpower" - Make Success Inevitable
Forcing new behavior through conscious effort does not address what caused the unhealthy behaviors in the first place. It only treats the symptoms.

The minute you quit the "diet" or the workout program and go back to your old habits, you will end up right back where you started. Have you been on this roller coaster before? Together we can work on changing the behavior that causes the undesired effects, and get rid of them once and for all.
  • Create a success only environment
Trying is not the same as being committed. If you had a let's try and see attitude, then you were giving yourself permission to fail. More succinctly... "try" presupposes failure.

You left the failure door wide open, wide open to blame the plan you used, rather than taking the responsibility to make a change.

On the 24-Day Challenge together we will look at all the obstacles in your day-to-day life that could be holding you back and find solutions to create a structure that only lets success in.
